- We are for the most
part interested in experimental poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction,
performance, drama, photography, and mixed-genre work that is done by
students, which considers and plays with the contraints and possibilities
of presentation in an electronic environment.
- The work should be
either unpublished or it must have had a small circulation (personal
chapbooks, zines, webpages, and other DIY projects will not disqualify
a work, as long as you still hold the copyright).
- Please send us 5-15
pages of your work. If you would like to submit more than 15 pages,
please send us an email explaining your project with a brief sample
of your work.
- The preferred way
to send the work is via email as an attachment (rich text file [*.rtf]
for documents, and TIFFs, JPEGs, or GIFs for images). If this is not
an option you can send a hard copy, 3.5 floppy, zip disc, or CDR to:
- strucklit submissions
- c/o Joel Levise
1335 East Cambourne
Ferndale, MI 48220
- Do not send originals,
and work will not be returned unless you include a S.A.S.E.
- We should be able
to give you a response regarding the status of your submission within
6-8 wks.
- If for any reason
you work does not fit into criteria listed above, and you still want
to submit, drop us an email and explain your project to us.
